Nice one. I like the sharpness of the parts which are covered in pollen. The circular yellow part is very good in its soft feeling and I think it should be like this but I believe water drops could use some extra sharpening. They are in focus which is very good but I would like to see them a bit more pronounced. Overall the use of depth-of field is what makes this photo in my opinion and it is a original and daring approach. Most people who shoot macro would place their cameras completely parallel to the flower and they would not have the good depth of field effect you have. Very original. Congratulations.
