riepko 0 Posted July 6, 2010 I was not able to acces Photonet for some time and pleasantly suprised to see that this photo was selected as the 'photograph of the week for this forum. I'm relatively new to photonet as well as photography and take all these constructive comments as great learning. Thank you for that! When posting this photograph, I know that technically speaking it is not a perfect image and I will need to build my skills as a photographer over time. My idea here was to get the attention of the viewer for a moment and make him/her wonder if it is real or not, before moving on to the next photograph. I believe I succeeded in getting attention as well as different opinions. Very exiting! Link to comment

gordonjb 10,860 Posted July 7, 2010 Michael; as should have been obvious given the fact that I used the word "composition" and not the word "crop" I was referring to the composition of the image and not suggesting a crop to the file after having taken the photo. For some of us the terms composition and crop are not interchangeable. I suspect it gets back to that sloppy reading issue. Link to comment
