I agree that a little more light in her eyes would be helpful but I like the image in general. The composition is very nice as is her expression. The split in the background is well placed.

Beautiful model, excellent expression, good composition. Underexposure at ISO 640 makes for a nasty bit of noise, and causes the dark, sunken eyes. So I added some fill, noise reduction, dodging on the eyes and selective saturation/desaturation.

 

Darkroom skills were and are as important as camera skills in producing the final result, especially because digital (for all its very real benefits) is less forgiving than VPS :)

 

EDIT: I missed the flyaway hairs. Shame on me. Client pissed...
