I find it interesting. A nice photo with good composition.

 

I looked at the technical info on this image and I see that you're using software for your processing that I suspect is easily surpassed. I recommend you get something more capable, like Photoshop Elements. It's fairly inexpensive. Of course if you can afford it, get Photoshop CS4. The learning curve is long and steep, but the capabilities you'd gain are huge.

 

I know sometimes I want what looks level and vertical to not be so in my picture, but in this case I'm guessing you missed, judging from the building in the background I'd say your camera was rototated slightly counter clockwise from level when you took the shot. That's something you might want to change.
