Hey David. Wonderful image, great execution of shallow depth. The lupines against the wash of yellow has excellent contrast. I would probably add a half stop of exposure to the lupines and foreground and perhaps darken the furthest hill and sky a half stop. Not sure it would be an improvement, but it might be worth a try. I see that you took this on 3/25. I have wanted to get over to this area, but I'm afraid I might be too late. Meanwhile, Carol Leigh's wildflower site has been closed. Terrible shame! I wonder if you could shed some light on current conditions?
