samanthacrayon 0 Posted March 31, 2010 This photo was taken across the street from the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans. The canon is an original from the early 1800's mounted on granite, which provides the reflection. Your input is greatly appreciated! Link to comment
newmanuk 0 Posted March 31, 2010 thanks for posting this one gets the " eye of a moment" for me. it helps to educate for progress. the tiny flare top left seems to illuminate the granite. would others remove? keep posting regards Link to comment
samanthacrayon 0 Posted April 1, 2010 I know. I actually edited this photo at first and took out the sun flare . I will have to say, atleast with my taste, it looked better leaving it in. It is very "ify" to keep flares in photos but I think it works in this photo because it leads the eye to the granite. Thanks for the critque! Link to comment
