cphilpott 0 Posted April 7, 2010 A unique spin on the topic. I find the foreground to be the most appealing. The high diagonal horizon certainly adds an element of tension. It works. Regards. Link to comment
peter.blum 0 Posted April 7, 2010 Hi Sean, Wow! Stunning in its simplicity. Very good crop with the diagonal horizon. Fascinating colorplay. Great post-processing. Underlines the fact that simplicity often makes the best images. You have my admiration. Regards Peter Blum Link to comment

kaya_eli_in 0 Posted April 9, 2010 A nice photo. And a unique one in my opinion because I believe diagonal horizons are a bad idea almost every time. In fact this is the only one which fits perfect. Flowers could use more saturation but since sky is made well saturated and contrasty by polarizer, their pastel and soft tones give them a nice touch. Well done. Link to comment
bertr 0 Posted April 26, 2010 When I look at the stems of the flowers, I see that they are nice and vertical. This leads me to believe that this is not a deliberately slanted horizon, but that the picture actually shows a hilly countryside. If I am wrong, I shall not mind a correction.this entire series is simply gorgeous. Colours, colours and more colours.Beautyful in their entirety. congratulations...Bert Link to comment
ogaraimages 0 Posted April 26, 2010 Hey Bert,Yes, it is a hilly countryside in the Antelope Valley. There was a series of about 6 hills or so along the road covered in flowers. I haven't seen it like this since, but I'm waiting. Link to comment
