Tough lighting I'd say.

By the way, the orange of the interior and the color of the sky complement each other nicely.

I liked the composition and the nicely complementary color scheme.

I may perhaps suggest trying to lower the intensity of the lighting on the (?balcony) floor a bit.

Very interesting eye line through the photo Tarek.  The eye is taken out through the doors and onto the balcony to look at the city.  The varying light intensity is also intriguing.  Interesting idea.  Keep up the good work, and thanks for your comments, too.
