Beautiful use of light and reflections...the only thing I would consider changing is cropping the bottom slightly to make the image above and below the horizon a little less symmetrical.

 

P.S. Just saw the motion blur verison, which looks much better to my eyes, and takes care of my previous comment.

Beautiful colors. They give a very special atmosphere to the scene, sort of the "peace before a storm" because the clouds and color of the sky look a bit intimidating to me.

Great pic-amazingly dramatic. I would like to see it without the PS work.. the colors look a bit apocolyptic. I must say that it looks like a digital scene to me. The snow on the peaks progresses as it would in a 3D landscape gnerator like Bryce. Overall a very interesting image.
