What a fantastic landscape! The pattern of the tires roughly (very roughly) reflects the pattern in the clouds, pulling the two halves together. Nicely handled.

Another one of those everyday, ho-hum, tire shots. Seriously, this is so odd I can't begin to imagine what's going on. Perhaps the tires are just there for the weight, dear, so that the desert doesn't whirl away into space.

Excellent work. I like the message. It reminds me of a Bulgarian/American artist called Christo, do you know his work? He has been called an envirnmental artist. I remember him from the seventies when he became famous for wrapping landscapes with plastic. At the time I thought it was horrible, I hated it. But today, looking at this I have to wonder if he maybe he was a visionary.

 

BTW, I found your comment on Bob Kurt's image of a drunken man passed out on picnic bench interesting. You may want to think about posting it in the

Philosophy of Photography forum. You made some excellent points.
