It's a strong "street portrait" with character and expression. I like it. The contrast is good, but it's a bit dark in the face. I think some more light in the face and eyes would improve it. Looks like the light came from behind on the right side, so if he had turned a bit to the right some more light would have entered his face. But in strees portraits/snapshots things happend fast, so it's easier said than done.
