 I like boats and this photo is really very nice....

Very well balanced exposure and composition, colors and reflections, this image  demand more than just 7/7, I understand the high skill and talent of the photographer is the only mean to end with such an outstanding photograph.

Beautiful image. The dark skies and sea work well together with the filtered light to give these boats a proper Irish blessing :)  My parents are Irish and I've visited there quite a few times and Donegal is a lovely spot.  The weather is constantly changing, yes!  And often rainy and overcast but with moments of sun.  It builds character and appreciation I guess.  All the best,

Did you do any post-processing to help with the contrasting darkness relative to the light on the boats ?  Just wondering.
