Salon ad. Please help with critiques and comments. Thanks. Brent

I am not a professional, but this photo out of the series looks best to me. The lighting is perfect. The man looks very happy and relaxed, and I like the expression on the face of the woman in the middle. I wish the woman on the right were closer and were also looking toward the man, but facing the camera. As you noted in the other photo, the man's face is a little light, and probably should be darkened. IMHO. Is this a salon for men, women or both?

Thank you Janice for comments. One of the best ways I have found to learn is to look at critiques of photographs on this site. It has helped me correct mistakes before I made them. I agree with all you said about this particular shot. The one thing I was not able to correct as much as I wanted was the lightness of the salon owner who is seated in the middle. His skin is much lighter in person and I darkened it quite a bit. It also did not help that the stylists had just left the spray tan booth before showing up for the shoot. This created a lot of contrast of skin colors.
