This is a great shot, almost perfect exposure, nice soft focues shallow depth of field, however the subject's faces are invisible, and you have to look for a while to see where the ball is and what is going on. "I want to see faces and balls" is a classic sports quote. The other pictures at the nightime game are too dark, but I would rather have sharp dark photos then blurry bright photos so it's ok. Overall I feel like you were too far away from the action to get the great shot. Nice learning exp though.
