This was taken in the pacific northwest, somewhere close to

Seattle,WA. The fog was so thick that morning, it turned the sun into

a little blur of light in this picture.

Wonderful mood. The sharp staircase leading up to the ever blurrier background provides a strong composition.

 

I, too, was recently the happy beneficiary of some Pacific Northwest fog. It's a glorious thing to be in, and an even more glorious thing to photograph.
