Hey Mike - thanks for taking a look, (better large). I didn't think this one would get much attention, as somber and moody as it is. I still like it though, as my personal backlash against bright and colorful landscapes I guess . . .

Hooray for the backlash!!!! This has an exquisite drabness, infinitely more realistic than those oversaturated, cotton candy shots that melt away moments after they're sampled.

Hi Jeff - Thanks! I was hoping you would stop by and comment - thinking this might appeal to you. I've certainly done my share of bright and saturated landscapes - but I think you're right about them not staying with the viewer long. I've no pretensions about this one being any different - but for me it's a refreshing path to take on occasion.

Beautiful and moody image David! The sepia tones add warmth to this obviously cold location! Looks like a scene one would see in a psycho-drama thriller starring Anthony Hopkins or Meryl Streep! I love it. Thanks for sharing. :)
