Great shot! After shooting some hockey this weekend I understand the challenges of getting a fast enough shutter speed to stop the puck the way you did in this photo!

I might increase the exposure on this photo if it was shot in raw?

Thanks for the feedback - got a little lucky with the puck.

I will go back and adjust as you suggest too.

I usually shoot at iso 800 (or 640), with a canon 70-200 L (non IS) - at around f 3.2 - it still barely gets me 1/250 with available light....this rink was brighter than others, so the result is acceptable.
