marco_vargas 0 Posted February 18, 2003 no doubt the perspective drives the eye to one point only, the rest is decoration. i miss a center of attention, a point where the eye stops! a car, a bycicle, a person walking, anything. on the other hand, what wa the yellow filter for? to increase contrast? sky looks pretty gray to me, i'd rather have a paper white sky to highlight the dry tree's branches. it evokes desolation. nrb 0 Posted February 18, 2003 The point where the eye stops is infinity. Crystal clear! Link to comment

nrb 0 Posted February 19, 2003 Thank you Anthony, and Doug. For your words and your help. I had alredy decided to reduce the size of my image. Only I didn't know how. I'm really a greenhorn, in spite of my being 49... Link to comment
dustin_baker 0 Posted February 21, 2003 There are some interesting elements here. The rings on the trees and the shadowing on the lane. I like it Link to comment
amason 0 Posted March 6, 2003 I have to agree with "THE SUNSET MAN", his cropping is exactly as I would have wanted to see this image, but good capture though. Link to comment
pernilla_esbjornsson 0 Posted June 17, 2004 This is one of my favourites in your folder. I like the white stripe on the trees, good contrast in the picture and interesting shadows. I would perhaps crop a little sideways to focus even more on the trees and the road. I dont think it needs a focal point at all, thats the strength of this picture I think. Link to comment
hadady 0 Posted January 17, 2006 Your different studies of this area are nice. I like how you have shared different experiences with the trees. You have done this in other places as well; and, I appreciate your showing the steps along the way. Thank you for your lovely works. Link to comment
