Although the curve going up left to right is important cannot help but that this shot would have been better had the whole stair case been included bottom left. The detail - the tree and steel item bottom right aren't exactly relavent to what could have otherwise been a good shot.

I like your use of the curved staircase.

I would crop it from bottom, to get that black thing out of the frame, and when cropped, then I maybe would clone out the tree. But that's only my opinion.
