Thank you Mark & Carlos.

The main thing in capturing such sort of pictures is some raster plane with regular structure (sequence of transparent and opaque or semitransparent regions). A plain negative film (20x30 cm) was used in this case, which I had put on a glass table with a tungsten lamp underneath as the main lightning source. Well, and then - just my favourite collection of lenses and glass beads made the rest.

For some other photos (see the folder) a plastic raster was used (from a broken gas-tube).

That's all. And sure, the main hero - my best-beloved Canon D60 ))

Exceptionally creative and visually beautiful. If you'd care to share a photo of the setup, I for one would like to learn from it. Thanks for the image!

and Yes dear Gromov, we are alike very much, but different approach ;-) I love this transparancy, the lines and colors. very magic abstract to me.

I am doing also the Glass abstraction, but very different from you and yes we could call it painting with colors!

YOu are certainly not going to remove your Drop Folder, cause we do drops differently and that is a big plus, I like your drops ;-)

Thank you for all your comments!

I simply don't see how and why this would get anything below 7 (at least for originality). it is also an ingenious abstract. Bravo.
