kyorston 0 Posted February 15, 2003 Subtle studio lighting was used here, with a white background, to get a 'natural lighting' look. I think that the sepia toning adds to the 'natural' look. No digital enhancement has been used. I would appreciate any comments or criticisms. Link to comment
nardaf 0 Posted February 15, 2003 I like the toning, lighting, and the pose very much. The only tiny nitpicking I'd have is that the model should have been posed a bit more to the left. Not much, just a bit--there is just a feeling of imbalance there (at least with me, although she is looking back to the left). Or you could have added an object to the empty space at which she might be looking. Otherwise very beautiful. Link to comment
michael_davey 0 Posted February 16, 2003 Hi. I was wondering if you used ilford delta 100 and what developer/time/temp you used? Thank you Link to comment
william_lawless 0 Posted February 16, 2003 A real grab at the Peter Gowland material. Classic! I would have toned a bit deeper. Link to comment

graham_byrnes 0 Posted September 4, 2003 I have to say I find it much less interesting than the "fun in the studio" shots (which are great). It's an excellent recreation of a classical style, just that it's a classical style I find boring: "woman as terracotta". Best wishes,Graham Link to comment
japi 1 Posted November 21, 2007 I must say I love it. The tonality, the lightning and the pose are excellent !The model is out of this world, a classical, timeless, outstanding, rare beauty. Elegant yet voluptuous.Congrats. Link to comment
