The other comments are "Good" and "Great." Why? Perhaps because it's not a shot we say every day. We click on the 'Sports" forum expecting football and the like. Not this. This gives us the primordial -- especially the dog at center, who looks like the wolf coming to eat Little Red Riding Hood. I like how the controlled depth of field puts him in the lead. Clearly the pack leader. Also, clearly this about the team and not the man. He's blurred into the background, but yet his posture and body language is commanding. I also like the slighlty off-kilter horizon and snow storm. I feel I'm there and that nature is harsh anc chaotic.
