The most obvious problem with ths photo is that the horizon line tilts downward to the right. The picture needs to be straightened. A little bit of lightening would help bring out the color of the trees and give it a little more life. I think it is a little bit underexposed, but that is preferable to overexposure because that easier to fix than under-exposure because the details are still there and will show up with some lightening. The clouds provide good interest in the sky and your positioning of the horizon line in the lower half of the photo is good. The originality factor is lacking - this is what I would call the ordinary "I saw this on my vacation" photo. There is nothing wrong with that; it's just that the photo is not memorable.
