Guest Guest Posted January 14, 2010 Priceless, that kitten is adorable. Cinnamon tabbies are such beautiful cats, of course I am partial to redheads anyway :-) Maybe it's my old eyes, but the kitten looks a tad out of focus compared to Mom. Link to comment

Jurjovec Borut 0 Posted July 2, 2011 I don't like cats. I advice to paint cats in Photo Shop, don't use dye. I prefer dogs not cats. Buy yurself the mastiff and name him Lord, or the German shepherd and name him Prince, he will become your best friend.Seize the day Link to comment
rosie_a 0 Posted July 2, 2011 You should direct the attention of those who do not appreciate felines to the detail in the wall behind these two, pointing out that the stucco is the subject of the photograph (or whatever else they might appreciate). My old eyes see both cats' faces equally in focus (the kitten's whiskers are needle sharp). I find this image endearing; the (presumed) mother's relative unkemptness contrasts with the perfectly groomed kitten on one of its first forays out of the birthing nest. The relatively soft focus of both felines contrasts with the sharpness of the stucco behind them and emphasizes their aliveness. Lovely. Link to comment
heather_boers 0 Posted August 5, 2011 I'd just love to know what the mother cat was thinking about :). Maybe someone had just told her how pretty she was? Nice picture! Link to comment
Jurjovec Borut 0 Posted September 2, 2011 Photographing cats at day light is most safe thing. Yes, they exist orange cats too. Did you ever see red cat? I like it. Link to comment
margaret1 0 Posted December 2, 2012 This is so much more than about cats. It's about detail, composition, light, character, texture, fun and cuteness all thrown in together. I bet these two would be a challenge for a mastiff any day of the week.Long live cats. (I also do like dogs.) If I were prone to write a story it would be that the kitten just saw a mastiff and the mother is saying, "Not to worry." Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 5 Posted August 4, 2013 Very sweet moment captured here; the mother looks full of pride and protection for her sweet little baby. Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
