Uhooru 2,207 Posted February 10, 2003 Very dramatic manneristic perspective. Beautiful tones and great detail. Nice. Link to comment
dominiquedodge 0 Posted February 10, 2003 I think it could be improved by rotating the frame a tiny bit to get the bottom edge aligned with the steps. This would still leave a great deal of tilt on the building - this makes the photo IMO, particularly with the man in the bottom corner. Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted February 11, 2003 Subject and perspective help, but what do you thing for the B&W'ning result...? Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted February 11, 2003 The truth is I don't care too much about Bailey rates... They're meaningless for me... :-)I'm not so convinced about the typesetting, your comm. makes me reconsider the thing, at least for this case. The sharppening problem is the worst part, considering the compression rate used by the server, the sized in wich this have to be showed here and the enormous amount of details. After trying other parameters settings, this seems to be the less worst one. Thanks for your feedback. Link to comment
philip_coggan 0 Posted February 12, 2003 Hi Nestor. As you say yrself, it's a bit small to do justice to the detail which must be in the original.I do agree with he comment that the steps should be on a straight line, parallel with the bottom of the frame. Those old Spanish churches must make wonderful subjects. Wonder if you could pose a nude against that door? (JOKE!) Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted February 12, 2003 haha, you won't believe me..., but I thought the same thing... but it is *very* complicated -maybe that would make the adventure more tasty...? :-) Link to comment
al_alicelebic1 0 Posted February 12, 2003 impressively sharp and detailed. the contrast is great. i dont like the subject myself, but the composition is awesome (technically) Good job. Link to comment
sitar_sam 0 Posted February 15, 2003 Good work! I like how you included the person in the lower right. Link to comment
test11664875106 0 Posted March 16, 2003 It looks impressive. Though "black hole" at the door is somewhat disturbing. Was there no way to get some details in there? Link to comment
nomade 1 Posted March 17, 2003 The "problem" here was to choose the right exposure, a too contrasty scene. Maybe my next and more definitive image should make the brights not so bright. Link to comment
