timeless earth 1 Posted January 10, 2010 I dont think i'll be showing my insurance company any of the last two postings! I decided I wanted to get closer to the wave action on this one to get more intensity into the final image. In order to keep a still lens I had to jam the legs of my tripod into gaps between the rocks as free standing simply was not going to cut it. I had to start the exposure just after a real big one had broken which left me with about 2+ minutes to play with. A couple of times prior to this image I had to retreat very quickly as my timing on the big ones was a little out ,no time to get the legs out I just had to quick release the camera and get outta there pronto! Anyway thanks for your time - all the best Ferg Link to comment
JeffBryce 0 Posted January 11, 2010 I really like that the rocks appear to be carved by wave lasers. Great shot and story. Regards, Jeff Link to comment
