Such a lovely composition and that  much cooler since it is a self-portrait!

I don't think I can add anything to the already very useful comments and appreciation. But possibly increasing the DOF may help keep everything in focus (esp. when its tricky with self portraits).

Thank you so much; that is very kind of you to say...and your support helps me to want to keep trying. I can only use available light...I don't have any studio lights (or even a studio for that matter!) and I took this shot of the reflection in the mirror, hand-held while sitting on a wobbly blow up air mattress! Believe me, this was not an easy shoot! I just wish I knew what I was doing...but in time I will learn. Thank you again for your visit and encouragement. Good to hear from you again. :)

Seems we share the same obstacles. I would love to have some studio lights, too.  Would help me a lot ...I hope :)

Still I think it is a good way of learning by just using the natural light first. So just keep up the good work - and I will be there too to keep an eye on your work.

So, we share some of the same obstacles do we? Do you take photos of your feet from the position of sitting on a wobbly air mattress while holding your camera in your hand in front of a mirror too? LOL! Whoever said photography was easy doesn't know anything about photography!
