I know I didn't get the right exposure.... I shot it in RAW and pulled

it up from the RAW. The original exposure was a bit darker. :( In

the car I tried to light up her hair with my on camera flash but I was

afraid of blowing out her dress.....By the time I realized that it was

dark the moment was gone...:)

I have tried to use HDR to light up the dark areas but it has become

grainy...

Shot with a 5D, with Canon 35mm at 1/200, f/1.4 ISO 1000. 550EX on

camera set to low level light.

What would you have done differently? What should I pay attention

next time?

I hope everybody learns from all of you comments not only me!

Thanks for commenting!

I personally like this shot the way it is. In your description you mentioned HDRi; how did you do that? Did you mean you tone-mapped single raw image? Or did you fake three different exposures out of single raw file? Single image does not have enough information in it and faking exposures may cause all sorts of unwanted problems; I came across similar issue once before. Anyway, nice shot.

I think this shot is fine just the way it is. She is the light spot in the darkness. The limo is very moody and here she is, smiling away.

I like the fact that the bride and her dress are highlighted and the environment of the car tends to fade away. There's enough detail to realize that the shot is within the car, but the bride is the focus as she should be.
