Mark. Great composition here. This is a very interesting photo. My only critique would be the very bright spot on the left hand side. The brightness really draws my eye away from the fence and ships. - Scott

I like the comp, the subject and the colours a lot. By way of feedback, to my eye it could do with a little sharpening to bring out some detail in the foreground and the ships, and there are a couple of sensor dust spots (to the left of the sky and above the city skyline) that'd be easy to clone out. Don't take that as overly negative though - I really like the shot and IMO a few finishing touches would make it stunning.
