I'm very impressed with the lighting characteristics of your shots. I'm also impressed with the subtle yet distinct shade, tones, and variances within snow and tree, in what you refer to as "shadow." The black and white is an area that helps deconstruct the picture into more basic--yet also complex--tones. The paradox with B&W is the limitations, by using only light itself you purge non-essential elements, which tends to darken and contrast what's to the human eye/color photography almost always overexposed whiteness and blackness of shadow into shades of gray (if that color is in fact even a color.)

Like you, I try to recreate nature without violating the integrity and purity of the colors and landscape I capture--here in Indiana and you in your Iran. That honesty limits what I have to do in the lightroom, and perhaps covers up my lack of experience there (who knows what those buttons do.)

On composition, I do wonder about the tops of trees. Just how wide a lens would you need to get the tops in? The lack of tops in my opinion brings up the limitations of viewfinders and the camera's field of vision, leading me to wonder what I'm missing. Have you tried photo stitch? A wider (360 degree or shorter) field might give more context...

Is your sun rising or setting? Not sure....and it stirs the imagination. This is one of those that can be interpreted many ways. Very, very few photos or paintings can do that. That's what makes it such a great capture. Nice work, Ali! Very nice work, indeed!
