lonebearimages 0 Posted December 24, 2009 Hi, Dorcus! Nice to see you back again; and such a lovely landscape too. Everytime I see shots taken at Malham I always think of the Bronte sisters and "Jane Eyre" and "Wuthering Heights." And that is precisely the mood that your beautiful photographs conveys. Very good work, Dorcas! I wish you a very Merry Christmas, my friend; and try not to be too much of a stranger. Cheers! Chris Link to comment

dorcas 0 Posted January 14, 2010 Many thanks Bob, Maurizio, Peter, Ricardo, Zsolt and Scott. Yes it was flipping freezing and another blizzard was just tapping at our shoulders. Link to comment
stp 6 Posted August 15, 2012 The fractured landscape, low light, snow, blue cast, and lone tree make this a beautifully austere photograph, one that conveys a quiet and somber mood in a very cold atmosphere -- it's wonderfully done. Link to comment
