Thank you Aristidh, Gail and Yannik for your kind words and encouragement. I with you and your families all the best for the holiday season and every good thing for the new year.

And, yes it has been fun Gail – a very steep learning curve… but fun!

All the best,

Mike

Thank you all very much for your thoughts and kind words on my fairy.

I hadn’t posted her for critique because she is so obviously computer generated; so thanks all for stopping by my page or gallery and taking the time to single her out for comment. Much appreciated.

All the best,

Mike

Very creative, it's interesting to see this level of computer generated art. It's a fun, well done shot.

Beautiful work, Mike. Your imagination is well presented here. Turn her blue, add a tale and you've got a sweet Pandoran :-)

Cheer Mark and Steve!

Everyone is talking about the movie Steve – I must go and see it!

For those who are interested. The 3d software used for this image was the free version of DAZ3d Studio which is available for download from the DAZ3d.com site. DAZ has other more powerful 3d software that can be purchased. Another very popular (but not free) 3d software package is Poser. The models, clothes, props etc can be downloaded from various 3d sites (including DAZ3d, renderosity.com and sharecg.com). Most of these sites have both free and premium areas. All the items in this image were free. If anyone is interested in playing about with 3d and would like some pointers please feel free to email me.
