This was shot witht he caera body attached to an inexpensive telescope. It was one of a number of shots I took and taken when the moon had come up high enough to get just the right colour and balance between the moonlight and the sky background.

While many astrophotographers hide from the moon, there are a few of

us that go out photograph the full moon rising each month. Even if we

don't get a good shot, we often get to experience a beautiful and

sometimes dramatic moment. Thanks very much for looking.
