John, this is a beautiful portrait of a charming girl. I like her smile and the eye contact with the camera/viewer and i like the soft focus which accentuates her soft skin. The light is a bit bright on the right size of her nose and cheek but still acceptable. I would like to see a bit more separation on the left side of her head/hair, but that's really minor.
