maurocarli 0 Posted December 14, 2009 Beautiful classic and yet creative portrait. Classic is the setting, very creative is the way the DOF is handled, with skill and style: blurred reflections, colour spots... I particularly like the way the wall behind the woman looks: I can't find a word to describe it... soft, smooth... I like this image a lot! Link to comment

vetterhome1 0 Posted December 18, 2009 It works well: open mind image: waiting or remembering or thinking or dreaming. If we crop the right side a little bit ? BR Joerg Link to comment
evan.lavine 0 Posted December 18, 2009 Thank you very much...I had thought about cropping in from the right and was undecided. I could be wrong but this can be one of those photos that either crop works...it can be cropped and still work. I am glad you touched on this as it has given me much to think about already, best, evan Link to comment
trisha jean-angela 5 Posted May 12, 2010 Really well done; I like it very much! You have done a really great job at capturing her expression; she looks deep in thought, or sad...maybe it's just that I am sad at the moment...Thank you for sharing. :) Link to comment
evan.lavine 0 Posted May 12, 2010 sorry you are sad my friend, but yes, she was meant to look sad or just pensive to match the dreary day:(feel better!!! That is an order! Link to comment
frank_sines 0 Posted October 26, 2011 Sadness and isolation captured perfectly. Nice one. FS Link to comment
