selfish shellfish 0 Posted March 11, 2001 She's a beautiful cat José, so how come you've taken her in such dull light ? I'd have liked to see the shine in her fur or some light to get her colours out. The angle from which you've taken her is also very flat on. You need to play more with the light and the angles. And also concidder the right background for her colour. Maybe it was a good option to try some action shot of her as well. Lovely cat,- keep using her as a model ! Link to comment
jennybrown 0 Posted August 8, 2001 I wondered if the dullness might be scanning issues (it does that to me sometimes) so here is a touchup to the photo with adjusting 'Levels'. I think it may capture the detail in the original much better. Of course, not being the one who took it, I can't really say. :) All it took was adjusting the input for the white side of the Levels to be where the color actually started (foot of the mountain, so to speak).
