Nice placement of the balloons in the frame and good contrasting colours (blue & red). To minimize the effect that makes these two balloons appear to be pasted on a sky background, strong side light is required to create shadows which would give more of a 3D effect. Not intending to destroy what you have here but here's a version with the clouds cleaned up a bit and the sky deepened a bit. No end to what you could do in PS if you had the desire to do it. Thanks for the advice but this was a straight shot I took with no manipulation. I see what you mean about the depth issue though..
