lonebearimages 0 Posted November 30, 2009 This is just sublime! Beautifully composed, and perfectly exposed, with excellent details in the darks. It really conveys the cold feel of the frosty morning. Beautiful work, my friend! Cheers! Chris Link to comment

whydangle 0 Posted December 1, 2009 Sensational image Marek! Yes, the Larger preview is a must. I love the strong foreground angle and the foggy layers which add so much depth. Really nice! Link to comment
borievky1 0 Posted December 1, 2009 cannot wait to see this place:) perfect light and composition. i would try to lighten the darker part of the trees from ND filter. Link to comment

melloncollie 0 Posted December 1, 2009 looking at this photo it's understood why are you sometimes not satisfied with the light conditions in some of your comments: this is indeed a brilliant light. an outstanding photo definitely if one understands the refinement in the lines of composition. as it's been said, you should dodge a little bit the darkness at the top of the trees in the right. i personally would add a bit of yellow, maybe red to the bluish foreground elements, but its my personal taste, don't take it as a suggestion. well done. hyzdic 0 Posted December 1, 2009 Boris, Zsolt, well spotted - it has been dodged on the printed version. As for the colors, normally I would go with a warming filter but here I was trying to capture cold green hues and communicate freezing mood of this morning. Btw, you can see a warmer and a few minutes later version of the same scene here. Thanks for constructive comments! Link to comment
