stp 6 Posted March 20, 2010 Vicki, this is a good example..... I've been to this spot at sunrise on a number of occasions. But only this one time did the light and fog come together so nicely. Link to comment
bobby_ho 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Hi Stephen, You have so many awe-inspiring photos, they are simple and profound.I like the soft light shining at the peak of the mountain and the fog surrounds it. This is a very nice capture! Link to comment
ryourth 0 Posted October 28, 2012 Hi Stephen-This is my favourite of your excellent mountain images .I like the way a new day is created. If you are early, expect it is a bit dampish & cool but gradually the the heavy mists start to dissipate, revealing the beauty of Mount Ranier & signalling another nice (we hope) day is upon us. Have revised my Old Deteriorating Barn.I like the first one as each element of sky, barn & grasses seem to be treated equally, hopefully creating an image showing the complete deteriorating of the old barn while the grasses, as with nature left to its own fills all empty spaces with plant life seeking its share of the suns rays . The second image is to me just a pretty picture.Would certainly value your opinion on the two image s. Best Regards-Ross P.S.Yes, I know why you carry a flashlight on your camping trips. .
