Hi Giuseppe,

The soft lighting and magnificient colors of your model are really excellent and make the photograph very appealing, there is nothing to complain about technical details. Nevertheless I think that details decrease the impact of your composition: I can understand that trunks were too heavy to move but I think that the wooden pallet on the floor looks a bit "cheap" considering the subtle clothes of your model. In my opinion some extra room above her head could have been better and I suggest a crop on the right side to avoid the bright sky in the frame. Best regards. J.

A nice shot with some wonderful colors. I would have included more headroom. It feels like a bad crop to me. Also, I'm confused as to why you included the blown out highlights on the right side of the frame. This completely detracts from the photograph.

Everything is subjective but I wish her bag could have been older and more worn. She is in such contrast to the relatively mute tones of the photo and her bag is competing for attention to my eye. A toned down version that looked well used might have made the focus be completely on the model while still conveying the importance of the bag itself.

Like I said, it's subjective and I really do like this shot.

Hello Giuseppe,

I like the contrast between the well-dressed lady and the rather shabby environment. It provides for a touch of humour in your picture. She definitely does not look at ease!

Perhaps a grainier postprocessing could have enhanced the shabbiness of the setting, but I also like the photo as it is. The only thing I'm less convinced of, is the tight crop above your model's head. To me, more "empty" space is needed there.

Kind regards,

Erik
