anthea50 24 Posted November 15, 2009 Interesting image - intriging use of objects within the same frame. It's striking because on the one hand, you have the pattern of colour placement that gives congruence (orange, red, orange, red, orange, green, yellow) and a comfortingly pleasant feel to the image but then there is the incongerous item - the tea pot! Different in colour, texture and utility from the peppers, yet somewhat similar in shape (roundish). Then the steam, beckoning the eye in, but providing a way to 'split' the composition; focus on the tea pot, then on the peppers, then on the pattern of colour, then on the incongruity. A very good 'first try' for a landscape photographer! I would love to see what you 'try' next! Cheers, Anthea :) Link to comment
