david_broadway 0 Posted November 12, 2009 Dan. Just a bit of advice I recently learned from experience. Your pictures in your portfolio are nicely composed and well taken with the exception of the over exposed sky/background in many of them. You can avoid this by using a graduated neutral density filter and/or a polarizer. You can find them on photo.net and they are reasonably priced. You don't have to wait for the right weather conditions, you just need the right gear. Regards. Link to comment
steelman 0 Posted November 12, 2009 David, thank you for you comments. Sadly I did not have my filters with me on this trip, just camera and one lens. I was not expecting to encounter these photo opportunities. Another lesson learned! Your comments and advice will not be wasted. Link to comment
