Great shot. Did you shoot a lot of frames? I keep noticing the light on the nurses shoulder and wonder if the babies head ever went under it?

I'm not a big fan of the titling and matting that is so common on Photo.net. I think this is an incredible image with beautiful action. I think the image alone tells a story and the caption "I am Woman" detracts from that.
