I know what you're going after and, in fact, and you're extremely, EXTREMELY skilled at attaining that George Innes, et all effect. I just wish there were some other way of obtaining it beyond what I presume to be very specific software. Even so, my hat's off to you, people tend to overdue this effect and it seldom works, you, on the other hand, have absolutely nailed it.

I won't comment on the filter and PP work per se I have no skill with same is all.

The image is romantic and has a neat spare quality which I do Iike. Not too much. not too little components in my eye on landscapes and a good balance of left right objects.  The light and dark are consistent with the moon illumination on a full lunar night... The stipple effect you did clearly suits the scene.  The sky has that Van Gogh swirly touch that we see is very effective here.

(We all know of course know that the moon subtends only an angle of about 4 degrees and most moon photos are totally out of scale. As is this one.  However artistic freedom has made the moon register pyschologically as much larger...a heritage of the lunar calendar and so on)..

Not to over dissect, it is subjectively good work and one has to choose the scale of components is what I am offering to the discussion..you could have gone larger and you could have gone smaller moon, see what I am saying....

I think this is a fine art photo. And good construct.   I wish you well and my fond aloha, gs
