The colours and tone are wonderful. Great sky with layered mountains in the distance - well done. I get felling from the flat roof, that the image is not level - Not sure whether this is real or an illusion on my part, but is disturbs me a little. I would also suggest that you not center the Cathedral in the image. If you took the image at a little higher angle you would get more of the interesting sky and less of the not-so-interesting foreground building. Just a thought.
