Nina is a beautiful girl. With her eyes closed she has a very dreamy contemplative look about her. It is almost sensual. I love the soft lighting. Her skin tone is good. The composition is very good. The contrast and color color saturation is good. The background is nicely out of focus. You have focused well on her eyes. Her make-up is applied well.

I would retouch her face a bit to improve her complexion. The blue shirt under her coat doesn't go well with the other colors in the photograph.

This was very close to being a wonderful portrait. The large out of focus railing in the foreground absolutely ruins this portrait. It draws all attention away from this beautiful girl. You do not want something large and/or out of focus in front of your subject.
