This is absolutely my kind of photo. A powerful foreground, pleasing mid ground and interesting background. Maybe I'm missing a little bit of background sharpness.

I really like the perspective you've chosen, and that's a great piece of foreground wood to work with. A couple of suggestions: I think the photo would be stronger if you cropped the foreground just enough to eliminate the large rock. That portion of the foreground is not nearly as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the driftwood, and it's also slightly out of focus (which is quite distracting). The remainder of the wood would then lead the viewer's eye back to the rest of the photo. The second comment is the distribution of blue in the sky. Perhaps this was entirely natural, but I'm struck by the light blue band across the horizon, especially on the right; it's as if you tried to darken the upper portion of the sky but didn't want to hit the trees.
