deniselanterman 0 Posted January 6, 2007 Ruud, love the graphic quality of this image. The red sky is so clever. The muddy water of the canal is a nice counterpoint of reality. Regards. Denise Link to comment

j.k._york 0 Posted January 7, 2007 if you would have taken the clone stamp tool you could have saved them a lot of time in construction. i like the one that is orange that stands out. great pattern. sky punch-out works well to magnify the houses. well done Ruud. regards, J.K. Link to comment

rekaras 0 Posted January 7, 2007 Nice capture the smaller version reminded me of gingerbread houses. The dead bird not so much. You certainly have an eye for discovery. Keep the faith and have a happy New Year my friend. rek Link to comment

mspanakis 0 Posted January 7, 2007 Provocative image. The arteficial sky (natural environment) emphasises the arteficial look of modern housing solutions whereby houses are clones of a master design with only minor variations. I think that it is now relatively easy to produce photographs that are "nice" in the common sense of the adjective since today's cameras handle most of the technical quality parameters automatically. It is more difficult to produce "images with impact" such as this successful example. Link to comment

henrimanguy 0 Posted January 8, 2007 Very surreal image. Can I suggest you to add a bit red in the channel (logical reflection of the sky) ? Link to comment
