I said - 'absolutely admirable bubble' (I really like a blur, motion feeling...)

and Varis said - 'you think noboby will understand? :)' or something like that.

take care, dear Ken!

Thanks Bert .............. It's basically a close crop of a straight photograph .............. The bubble 'wand' was held in place by a C-clamp and a pair of long hemostats .......... then removed with PS ................ At some point, I may upload the original photo including the ' holding device ' for the bubble wand .................... Thanks again

Ken, One of my favorites of your current posts. Extremely well balanced & cropped. Excellent lighting. What's the story? Straight shot or PS'd? Great result in any case. I'd expect to see a print hanging on a wall somewhere in your house. (if I was invited, I mean:) Best, LM.

Hey 'LC' - glad to see you back here - sorry for the delayed reply.

A straight shot - yes it is ......... The original includes her head and shoulders - the 'bubble wand' blower thingy was held up right with a spring clamp and a pair of 12" hemostats (so she wouldn't have to hold it herself) - which was 'burned out' for the final version. A 5% gaussain blur was added to the bubbles so you wouldn't have to see my reflection. Camera mounted flash and a black sheet background ............... Glad you like it - maybe you and WJ could pull this off with you blowing the bubbles ....... !

And yes, you are invited to take these 4 women off my hands anytime - next weekend would be nice.

Ken, Excellent decision to crop her head the way you did. Nothing but the essentials! Perfect balance here! Best, LM.

An engaging picture. The distortion of the bubble closest to the model makes it I think. A great image in a great portfolio.
