Is it OK?

Interesting photo. I can't comment on lighting and framing, but I can say if you were trying to capture how uncomfortable it might be to have someone standing on your head- you were pretty successful.

The biggest attraction is the feet on the head, crop different, give this bigger size when you scan in, if it's poor quality and you can't enlarge then you have the answer right there. If you can enlarge then crop this off just above the ankles, and let it run all the way out. Pulling in the expression on the face as your main composition.
